SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS

LARISSA DULIAR is not responsible for any risks of loss of the merchandise after the courier, in this case JNE, has delivered the packages to the designated address. Customers are responsible if JNE can't deliver the goods on time due to incomplete address, no recipient at the address or the recipient rejects the goods.

If the goods are returned to us, customers are obligated to pay the shipping fee one more time if the mistakes are due to customer's conditions. If there are any shipping errors coming from LARISSA DULIAR, we guarantee that we will give free shipping to the customers.

We also are not responsible for any additional taxes and duties charged. If you decide to refuse the delivery, you are responsible in all fees charged by shipping company - both for sending and returning the product to us.

Customers will be charged shipping fees based on the weight of the order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1 kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees. Weight of every item is stated on the product detail page.

DOMESTIC DELIVERIES

We use JNE Shipping Company (https://www.jne.co.id/) for shipping to all cities in Indonesia. JNE offers Economical (OKE), Regular (REG) and Fast (YES) services.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES


We ship worldwide! At the moment we do not have a dedicated international shipping company. We use a combination of EMS POS Indonesia, JNE and DHL. International rates may change based on exchange rates.
