RETURN RULES & RESTRICTIONS
We accept returns of products purchased online on our webstore. In that case, items bought at our webstore cannot be exchanged in our stockists.
All sale or discounted items are not eligible for return & exchange. In that case, only normal/full price items are eligible for return & exchange.
Products must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and in good condition with all garment tags still attached and all original packaging intact. If these conditions could not be met, your return request cannot be processed. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered are not accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
You should create an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 working days after you receive the product and please make sure to provide detailed information on why you want to return the product. We will respond to your request as soon as we can. Only after receiving our email response will you be able to return the product. Please print the form we have sent you via email, fill it out and send it together with the product.
After you receive our email response, you will then have 3 working days to send the filled form back and to ship the item back together with the printed form. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unused, unworn and have all of their garment tags and original packaging. Items that have been damaged, soiled, or broken will be sent back to you.
We should receive your package no later than 10 working days after we have sent you the return form. Bear in mind that we have the authority to cancel your refund or exchange, if we fail to receive your package in a timely manner.
