Q1: Are your products made and manufactured in Indonesia?
A1: Yes, they certainly are! We have our own pattern-maker and seamstress, so we can proudly say that our products are self-manufactured in Jakarta.
Q2: What are the materials used?
A2: This is another thing we are proudly to say is that most of our fabrics/materials used are hand-made by the Indonesian traditional artisans. You would see the likes of batik, tenun, etc. in many motifs and from various origins in our collection. If you are still curious about the origins and materials used, we have inserted these information in our hang-tags.
Q3: Why are the quantity available so few? What if I want to buy in bulk?
A3: Since we sourced hand-made fabrics, which are limited, the products made are also limited. We cannot ask for the artisan to make the same fabric/material with the precise motifs or colors; usually there is a slight difference in result. All in all, our collection is always limited.

Q4: How do I know which size to choose?
A4: Well, most of our best-seller products come in Free Size. Some styles come in sizes from S, M, L and XL, you can just pick the one that will fit you best! In any case, you can always refer to the Size Guide section at our product's description page.
Q4: How should I clean the garment?
A4: To maintain its original colors and forms, we advice you to dry-clean it to a launderer for the first wash. Next, you can easily hand-wash it with mild soap and careful not to wash it together with other garments. You can refer to the washing instructions embedded in side the garment.
We are not responsible for any damages that could occur when proper instructions are not taken. Please keep in mind due to the delicate nature of the fabrics, any embellishment, snap, or button, must also be handled with extreme care.

A1: No, you do not need to create an account to place an order. However, we do suggest that you register with us to get all of our most recent updates, special offerings and faster future checkouts!

Q3: Why is my order cancelled?
A4: This is because we have a time-limit for an order to be paid and confirmed, which is 1x12hrs after your order is placed. If the payment has not been confirmed after the time limit, the order will be canceled automatically.

Q1: How soon will I get my order?
A1: After you have ordered, paid and confirmed your payment, it takes another 1 working day to process your order (this include: payment checking and packing order) before we send it to shipping company. We will process and ship based on your order ID. If you have more than one order IDs, unfortunately, no combined-order possible for shipment.

A2: Yes, you can! If you live in Jakarta area and want to get it earlier (earliest within 2 days after you confirm the payment) please contact our customer service to send it via GO-SEND. For customers living outside Jakarta, please choose JNE YES upon checking out.
